Camp registration is on first come first serve basis.

Camp Fees:

• Early registration before June 15^th 2010:
• First child: CAD $200 / child
• Each additional child: CAD $175 / child
• Registration after June 15^th 2010:
• First child: CAD $250 / child
• Each additional child: CAD $175 / child
• Regular Registration Deadline: July 7^th 2010
• Payment: Cash or Check - Please make cheque payable to: “Chinmaya Mission Toronto”

Registration Process:
Please Download and fill the camp registration form along with medical form.
Include child's picture and payment.
Drop off completed the form to our ashram - Chinmaya Shivalaya.
Upon confirmation of the registration, an email will be sent to you.
